Back To The Future (The Mixtape)

After the great Internet collapse in 2032, the access to music suddenly became impossible for everyone. For this reason, we traveled back in time with our data converters to collect and save the finest black music sounds to send it back to the future. Stream or download the mixtape to hear the data we have collected during our time travel.

 

If our calculations are correct, you'll be able to stream or download this package in October 2021, the economic boom of the internet age. It is of utmost urgency that you share this content with like-minded people and encourage them to preserve this culture. Only if future generations can understand the musical context, black music will live on forever.

Afrodisiac

Collaboration mixtape by DJ Swissivory and DJ Costa.

 

The 79 minute long mixtape is a selection of finest Afropop hits, which have their roots in the genre of Afrobeat, created in Nigeria in the late 60s by the one and only Fela Kuti.

 

This new sound conveys the up-tempo African vibe and appeals to young vibrant Afropolitan minds. The ensuing music, which is an amalgamation of traditional African rhythms and popular African influences, also contains a 21st-century fusion of western rap that have become wildly popular in the international pop scene.

 

Artists like Drake, Ed Sheeran and many more have embraced the Afropop genre, that has definitely arrived and is here to stay.
